A Safe Return

So I've been home from South America for about 6 hours or so. Synopses... traveling is NOT easy. I don't know how some people travel several times a week. It's crazy... 10 hour flights are insane and should be used as torture. It's even more fun when you decide not to go to the bathroom for 8 out of the 10 hours of the flight.

I am kinda happy to be home to the land of summer again. Warm, sun, humidity... my nose hasn't run all day! I had a shower, I shaved... it's been great.

Now it's off to the real world of paying bills and making calls and packing for my impending move to England.

I do really miss Argentina and the beautiful people I met there. So many cool stories... so many memories.

Last night, well the night before last, I spent the night at Victoria's with Taylor and Ali... She's the smallest, cutest, sweetest woman ever and Enrique's mother in law. She made us food at the church the entire trip and has just showered us with love and besos.

She told us some great stories about visiting America... she said Walmart is like a city and she doesn't speak any English so she was walking around and this guy came up to her to offer her some sample cheese and he kept saying "cheeses?" but she thought he was saying Jesus... :)

All in all it was great. Also I am in love with locro(a?) It's an Argentinean stew which is amazing and I am soo eager to get the recipe.

So this is all kind of miscellaneous... I'll post something better later when I have some clearer thoughts.
